Kenley turns 34...oh my!

Kenley's birthday was on Saturday, June 21st. We were all invited over for a swim birthday party. As I mentioned below the pool and yard are so nice it's such a treat to be there. We had BBQ'd chicken, macaroni salad, watermelon, strawberries...YUMM-O! Oh, and I can't forget the 2 birthday cakes; chocolate and butter pecan. I think everyone had a great time.

LAZY DAYS OF SUMMER...FINALLY!

My cousin Amy has a pool at her new home. Wow! Lucky for us. Not only does she have the pool she is always up for having us over to swim. We were there 2 times this last week alone.

Our girlfiend Brianna came the first day with her kids Avery and Bronwyn,

and then my friend Jen came the second day with her children Brexten and Kembrie.

She has such a nice backyard...it's so relaxing. Bailey has gotten so brave lately and is jumping into the deep end.

Caleb loves to float around in his floatie and munch on pizza while he's doing it. Oh! Popsicles too.

Of course we had to munch on food too! I'm looking forward to more lazy days at the pool...

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

We celebrated Father's Day at my Aunt's house this year. Most of us were able to make it. We even had our good friends the Chamberlains join us. It was a pleasant evening with lots of good food. Of course, we don't do anything without a lot of good food. It was a nice way to celebrate our Dad's. We sure do have a great group of them!

Make Me An Offer!

MONEY! MONEY! MONEY!

Some of our family got together for a garage sale. It was so much fun, but I always did like having garage sales. My mom tried to give everything away for free. We had to crack down on that idea. We were supposed to be making money. HA!

We all did pretty good and had quite the crowd at times. It was fun to do something different and hang out out day. Even if it was a lot of work too. I think I had dreams all night of people asking, "How much for this?"

Dog Days of Halloween

My cute friend Kathryn asked me to post a photo of Cabo in his last Halloween costume. He was the Cat in the Hat. So, here he is in ALL of his cosutmes over the past years. Oh come on, you know it's cute....give me a break, I don't have children to humiliate.

Saying So Long...

So, May 30th was my last day at the Standard Examiner. It was sad and exciting all rolled into one. My co-workers (friends) had a potluck for me and gave me some wonderfully generous gifts. I met the most amazing people while working there and they will forever be in my heart. It's only been a week and I miss seeing them already. Here are some pictures...
